HICCaP are conducting an in-depth training needs analysis across the third sector in the Highlands & Islands area and would be grateful if your organisation would participate by completing the following short questionnaire (please scroll down to bottom of page).

Your participation will help us to gather evidence of the sector's learning needs, which will then enable us to work with training providers and inform future learning programmes to ensure that they better meet the needs of people working and volunteering in voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in the Highlands & Islands.

In addition your organisation may find this questionnaire a useful tool in helping to identify the current learning needs within your organisation. As such you may find it beneficial to seek support from your local CVS or other appropriate organisation when completing the form.

This short questionnaire should be completed by a person(s) from within your organisation who is able to comment on the types of activities that your organisation engages in and the current levels of expertise within your organisation to carry out these activities.  You may perhaps wish to use this questionnaire as a discussion item at your next committee meeting.  You can print out a copy here (for the online version of the questionnaire please scroll down).
